Premium and deluxe problems
Paid 100 pound sterling for game and premium. all premium items have gone and have not received the three gold battle packs for deluxe also I have been frozen and kicked out of games 15 times

EA are fixing the problem you will get your moneys worth soon. They're trying to resolve the issue. I've experienced the same problem. It will be fixed soon.
