Premium battle packs disappeared

Alright so I recently bought a ps4 along with it battlefeild 4. I decided to buy the premium pack off the ps store. After downloading it I opened up all my premium, gold, silver and bronze battle packs that came with the premium pack. strangely the day after I went to customize my loadout and all my unlocks werent there. I checked my battlepacks and every one of them was gone... help me please . I spent my money on this and its more then disappointing that this has happened.
