Premium items for hardline Xbox one

So I'm a veteran battle field player I have all the games and I've boughten premium on every battlefield and I got it for hardline but it's not giving me any of the premium stuff for hardline none of ...

Sadly that did not work I've yet to unlock the camos or masks or anything that is premium

I've got the same problem on PS4. Is premium just busted in general right now or what?
