Premium not working

I purchased premium almost a month ago and it never installed, it was stuck on "waiting to install". I recently after deleting it for the hundredth time, got it to say that it installed however, the premium content isn't there. I do feel like I have been scammed 50 dollars and I understand that Dice has crap loads of work to do but it isn't right to release premium when it isn't 100% solid. If anyone has had the same problem and has solved the issue please help! I want my camos.
