Premium paint 11/17/2013

Unsure if glitched and not unlocking or if I I do not know how to acquire it. How does one get the paint and/or can someone tell me why it isn't working?

    nopes, hasn't turned up here either...

    EDIT: just received it in a Premium Battlepack 🙂

    Yes -so did mine , seems everything on Battlelog is a little delayed (Even correcting for timezone differences)

    I got some blue \grey dotted one called "KLMK" .. not a fan but hey.. maybe on a boat - make it even more O.P. 🙂
