How and where did you buy the premium pass? Are you using EA play?

      @Stariy_iceBerg If you used the EA App for the purchase, then the pass should be available to install from your library I believe (I'm a console player so haven't used the EA App in a long time).

        @danisoff They still might need guidance from you to locate it - I've not used the PC app for quite a while now. Assuming I'm correct, anyway.
