Premium still not working

Just to inform you, there is no weekly events, just premium events (which are 2XP weeknds). Other premium exclusive content is received in spesial premium battlepacks. That is pretty much it. You can access your battlepacks, in the BF4 profile soldier battlepack section.
About the Veteran battlepack:
There is a problem with the Veteran battlepacks and until it is fixed by DICE, no one more will get the Veteran Battlepack. You can see all the details here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/battlefield-veteran-battlepack-delay/ .

- I meant the dog tags and battle packs that are offered for premium members..I didn't receive any of that but I did gain acess to downloading second assault for free but it didn't work..
