From what I can see here, your account has Premium purchased only on the Xbox One, and it seems like you transferred your stats already from the Xbox 360 to the Xbox One a while back. Are you having issues downloading the DLC on the Xbox One, or the Xbox 360?
Well I got it for the 360 originally, and when I played on the One my premium transferred over to the one as well, If you look at my battlelog it says i have premium for the one yet I have EVERY DLC for the 360....
