Preorders disappearing
Some people are experiencing problems with their preorders disappearing or being listed as refunded.

i had this error, i pre ordered the game for the xbox one and in my origin store it said i had no orders. so i checked my bank account and origin definately took my money and didnt refund it. So i spoke to ea on via chat and the guy i was speaking to said it doesnt show on origin i had ordered anything so i was very confused and annoyed. I rang a customer services guy who checked the records for me and he told me he could see my order but the guy on chat couldnt because the origin system has been changed and not updated ? so to be honest im not confident i will get my pre order at all even tho i have paid.
