Problem being forced to stand

Over the past few days I noticed that when I was prone that if I moved forward I would automatically stand up.  Needless to say this has cost me a lot of deaths.  I switched keyboards, (and the mouse), and the problem remains.  When I'm forced to stand, I have to quickly hit the prone button again.  I have had this happen in many areas of the map involving stairs, escalators, piles of rubble or simply lying flat on the ground.   

Any reason for this?  I've been using BF4 since it came out and the past few days I have been plagued with this problem. 

Any suggestions or fixes?  (It's for the PC)
