Hi ahmed113344
I've moved your thread to the Battlefield Franchise Discussion forum since its not about Battlefield 2042.
Can you give some more information about the problem?

I can't aim and hit using the joystick on PlayStation 4 even though my version is premium. In Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 1, the enemies shoot at me from a long distance and with one hit they kill me, and I can't aim from a close distance and I keep hitting them with many hits and it doesn't affect their aim. Please fix the game

Thanks. That sounds like a potential connection issue (you can confirm this if the network or server warning icons are appearing). The version of the game that you own doesn't give you any added ability to hit opponents or avoid them killing you, it just gives you access to DLC content.
It may be worth trying the suggestions in the guides below and ensuring that you're playing on servers closest to your region.
