Problem Using Weapons In Battlefield Hardline!!

Hello, I'm having all sorts of problems using different types of weapons in game, the only way I can use them is if I'm running. I have purchased/unlocked all weapons in all different classes,  and I'm unable to fire them. Bolt-actions sniper rifles, DMR's, all but 1 shotgun and all but 1 revolver. My platform is PS4, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 4 times, including restoring my PS4 to factory settings and I am still unable to use these weapons. Please you have any advice on how to resolve this issue, please contact me. Thank you!
