Hi, the soldier Customization on my account has crashed. When I press on ”Customize Soldier” I get a loading screen, and then it pops right back to the menu. If I keep pressning the ”Customize Soldier” button I will usually get in on the third or forth try. So, when I finally get in, all my weapons and skins are gone. It’s like I’m at level 0 again. This problem happened yesterday and is only affecting the Customization and not when I play the game. When I play the game everything is fine. What can I do to fix this? @DamienTheParadox I'm not great with PC issues admittedly, but have you tried repairing the game and making sure everything is correctly installed still?

i'm on ps4 as well.
please uninstall the game and make restart for the ps4 then reinstall the game and all the dlc's it will work fine.

Thank for your reply. Everything works fine except for the customization. I will try to reinstall the game, maybe that will solve the issue.

1. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
2.Click Right Game origin Repair +Update Game
3. Make sure you're running DX11 and not DX12
4.updated versions of those files Microsoft Visual C++

PlayStation PlayStation 5 and 4
PlayStations don’t have a cache, but the simple “turning it off and back on again” trick can sometimes work wonders for any and all issues.
To really make sure all temporary files are removed, you can cold boot your PlayStation:
Hold down the Power button until you hear the powering down beeps.
Once your PlayStation has powered down, unplug it from the electrical outlet.
Wait two minutes.
Reconnect to the electrical outlet.
Power on your PlayStation.
