Problem with the Soldier Customization

Hi, the soldier Customization on my account has crashed. When I press on ”Customize Soldier” I  get a loading screen, and then it pops right back to the menu. If I keep pressning the ”Customize Soldi...

      Try to reinstall BF1 but the problem remains 👎
