Download and install both the x86 and x64 files from the link below, choose the locale that matches yours the best for each:

Yes, I have done that and now did it again and still doesn't work and I tried deleting the msvcr120.dll and reinstall the vcredist but it seem that the vcredist installer doesn't reinstall the msvcr120.dll back...

Nvm I solved it, somehow the vcredist installers does not reinstall the files... weird so.. I had to take msvcr120.dll from my laptop and transfer it to my PC and now the game works...
