Problems with BF1 Direct X drivers?

I want a refund of BF1.  It has crashed numerous times in the last 2 weeks and isn't worth the 60 bucks I payed.  I have researched this direct X crash to the ends of the internet, tried every so called fix and nothing works.  EA, get a grip on this.  It's a fun game but not worth the hassle and definitely lowers the bar on quality titles "ready" for release.  Fix the crash problem and refund me my early access package.
