When I try to redeem my game it says that the key is already in use and I cannot install the game. I have uninstalled the beta. What to do?

Today, after a long wait and preorder, I could finally go to pick up my game in the store.
I created an Origin Account, and then at a certain moment, i entered my productcode which U found in my productbox I then got the message that there had been a mistake. Then, when I re-enter my productcode I got the message that the code is already in use. Halo? WTF? I can't download the game anywhere I can't find it back in 'my games'
Which steps can I take to play soon. The sooner, the better...Thx

Contact customer support and supply then with a picture of your cd key and your order.

Found somewhere a link with: CHAT now for support/ The only thing EA offers is a form to send your problem.
(also a message that this could take from 48hours till 14 days!) And this for a millions-dollar compagny?
Chat means for me something different.
I'm waiting now, who knows for how long?
I think the code is blocked somewhere. Does it take such a long time the checked it and activate again, or to send
me a link to download the game? And the **bleep** with origin...What happens with the old skool setup.exe :-)
