Product key already in use?

I BOUGHT BF 4 PREMIUM KEY. I MADE MISTAKE, I PUT IT IN "ADD GAME" NOT IN "REDEEM PRODUCT CODE". KNOW OIRGIN TELLS ME THAT CODE WAS ALREADY USED AND I DONT HAVE A GAME? CAN U DO SOMTHING ABOUT IT?

Right click on Battlefield 4 and click on Show game Details and you should see premium on the bottom Expansions

no m8. i have no BF4 in my games. i put a bf4 key in wrong place ( not in a "redeem product code" but in "add game" ) now its telling me that this key has been used (when i want put it properly in "redeem product key") so i spent money on this key and i make mistake adding bf4 to my origin profile. Ah sorry, i must of read it wrong, sorry for the miss information 

Have you installed the game on a different PC?

Did you buy the code from a dodgy site or a legit retailer?

I would suggest contacting the retailer or EA.

If you're being told that your key is already in use while trying to install Battlefield 4 for the first time, it is most likely because you still have the Battlefield 4 Beta installed.

To install Battlefield 4, simply make sure you have uninstalled the Battlefield 4 Beta from your Origin My Games Library.

I bought the regular Battlefiel 4 a few weeks after it was released. I installed normally with no problems and played a couple times. I stopped playing for about two months, and now when i tried to play, shortcuts did not work, so I opened the .exe file, and Origin opened, asking me to log in, after i did that, it asked me for my key, which i entered, but it said it was already in use.
