Professional Syndicate 10 Unlocks not working

Many other people have had this problem but for some reason I have brought at least 10 Guns/ Equipment from the Professional Class however it says I haven't.   PROFESSIONAL SYNDICATE PRE-REQ...

You must to buy only this 2 weapon, but to make sure, please purchase the following 2 special sidearm too.

- T62 Cew
- Tracking Dart

        You missed 2 gadgets:

        - Decoy
        - Stealth Training

        Please buy them in-game and never ever buy anything in Battlelog.
