ok, i found you. Its possible you bought 2 or more items in Battlelog Loadout. The purchase on this surface is bugged and if you buy here anything its not been registered in the Awards database.

"Do the following to force datasynchronization.
Start to play as Professional, use only loadout #1. Before every respawn change something in your loadout #1. Change primary weapon, secondary gun and gadgets. Use everything at least once. Finish the round and let the system to save the progess. You must to use everything, because cant figure out what item is not been registered in Assignment! Check the Syndicate assignments. If still not unlocked do it again the process above, but in the opposite faction.

This method helped  many players before...except 1 or 2.....from over 100...maybe its whort a try...

ok, than one more try, if this one is not working then i am out of ideas. Doit again what i suggested to u before, but:

make a list about every rifle and gun, tick it what u using. So, u not will miss any of them.

before u set up a weapon in loadout, remove everything. I mean no attachements at all and use "default" camo. Use again every weapon, but try to start with the less used

I just parse may be all the things and weapons in my loadout and still nothing =(

What did you mean , certain ?
I just looked at my profile and saw that  everything is fine, unlock is on go =)
