Having the same problems don't know what to do I called in twice and chatted with 3 people with support. Cannot unlock it and also definitely got more than 200 sniper kills for me. My gamer tag is codyritter and also if it says that I'm at 0/0 for everything for it I'm going to be so mad someone that I chatted to said they reset the quest all task and I don't know what that means. This is just all to stressful for me and its just too much just for a Dang gun. I've been working for this way to long

DO NOT purchase in-game and do not purchase more items!
After the purchase in the menu Agent/Awards please check the 2 followings assignments:
- CLASS ASSIGNMENTS/PROFESSIONAL UNLOCKED ASSIGNMENT, this one suppose to be done
- SYNDICATE ASSIGNMENTS/PROFESSIONAL SYNDICATE, this one suppose to be unlockedAward users who were helpful with the XP button.
