Professional syndicate won't unlock

I am also having this same problem and I followed the instructions you gave and I am still pressed with this issue of not being able to move forward. I bought all the gadgets in battle log and I still sit at 7/11 purchased. PLEASE HELP!

IGN: ForgottoregisterYour case is little complicated, but you can fix it. Please follow the instructions:
1. You have to reach 275,000 professional score to get the 1st gold service star. You have 94,212 points at the moment.
2. Please purchase the following weapons/gadgets during gameplay and in the same time equip and use them too, to force datasync between Loadout and Awards. Do not buy in Battlelog!
- AWM
- PTR-91
- 93R
- Stealth Training
3. Because you bought a couple item in Battlelog, the purchase is bugged and its not registered in the Awards database. Please equip in game the following weapons and make a kill with all of them. Always finish the round and let the system to save the progress.
- SOCOM16
- SR-25 ECC
- SAIGA .308
4. Because you bought a couple item in Battlelog, the purchase is bugged and its not registered in the Awards database. Please equip in game the following gadgets and use them in-game. Always finish the round and let the system to save the progress.
