Professional syndicate won't unlock

Please purchase the following weapons/gadgets during gameplay and in the same time equip and use them too, to force datasync between Loadout and Awards. Do not buy in Battlelog!

I see that this issue wasn't fixed for almost a year now.
Is it going to be fixed eventually?
Right now I'm having exactly the same issue, in-game id "bsideup". Pretty annoying I must say
