Professional syndicate won't unlock

Hi. I am having the same issue as everyone. For my prerequisites, I have the gold service star and prof assignment 2 but the 10 guns and gadgets are not checked off in the box. I have counted them up and have like 14 and it still doesn't get checked off. Can you please help me. In game name: Morty Packers. Thanks in advance

Please purchase the following weapons during gameplay and in the same time equip and use them too, to force datasync between Loadout and Awards. Do not buy in Battlelog!
- PTR-91
- 93R
- Stealth Training
When you bought this 3 item, pls let me know. There is an error in Awards database and I need to know this purchase is fix it or not.
