progress in campaign and multiplayer

So I have played both multiplayer and campaign and now im frustrated as none of my progress saves. If I go into the ps plus I can transfer the savdd file and it will work for a little bit with my saved data but then it crashes. Is there a patch comI ng for this. Thanks C-0-A-T-E-Z PS4
