Prone movement
Randomly when i go prone i move forward without touching the controller. It happens sporadically and is very annoying. Is this a game issue or a possible problem with my controller? Xbox one.

Yes that is possible but sometimes it happens being on just a flat surface.. Like up a tower etc

I also have not to dissimilar issues, when i am prone and fire i (mostly) stand up, and vice versa, even though my prone is on button C (PS4)
