Cisco San Jose, US 128.107.241.185 secondary 64.102.255.44 - This one wouldn't even let me connect to the internet.
Adding the google DNS of 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. That did not work for me. I knew better than to try and call mediacom. They are known for having terrible customer service and generally not knowledgable about anything. Yes, most of us have mediacom, but there are still plenty of people who I think are havning the problem with a different ISP. I just think we happen to be the only ones who moved the conversation over here. Anyways, I have another busy day tomorrow so I'll probably only be able to work through a couple more DNS options. As i've said before, I was able to download, install, and update other games, this is the only one I am having issues with. So i can't really see how it is a DNS problem. Are any of you guys premium? I'm non-premium, maybe that is part of the issue?
- 11 years agoThe last advisor I talked to said their specialist team was working on it and that their developers have started working on it. That was yesterday. Its looking like we May not get it fixed until Tuesday, I bet that's what they are waiting for.
