I was finally able to chat with live support from EA. After describing our problems/the bug, I got the following advice via email. Please do note that even though I followed every single step, it didn't solve it for me but it might work for you so give it a try and report here if it worked or not for you.

Here are the steps with regards to the issue you're encountering with your console,
1. Please delete game data.
-Navigate to the Game section of the main menu.
-Select Game Data Utility.
-Highlight the game you are troubleshooting and press Triangle.
-Select Delete.
-Restart the console.
2. Please disable the media server connection.
-Navigate to the Settings section of the main menu.
-Select Network Settings.
-Select Media Server Connection.
-Select Disable.
-Restart the console.
3. Next clear temporary files.
-From the Cross Media Bar (PS3 Main Menu), locate the internet browser.
-Once there, select the Internet Browser with X.
-From the internet browser, press the Triangle button to reach the options menu.
-This menu will have multiple options. Please navigate to the Tools section.
-In the Tools section, there are a few items available for deletion near the bottom of this list.
*All of these options can be deleted without any negative consequences.
Please see the Tool section here and delete the items below.
*Cookies
*Search History
*Cache
*Authentication Information
-Power cycle the PS3 console.
-Try to connect once again if you will still experience the issue.
4. Please check save data for corruption.
-Navigate to the Game section of the main menu.
-Select Save Data Utility.
-Highlight the game you are troubleshooting and press X.
-Scroll through the save data for the game. If any save data is corrupt, this will display as a warning message below the data tile.
-If you locate corrupt save data, highlight it and press Triangle, then select Delete.
5. Lastly, please activate your console via the PSN using the official Playstation instructions. Please refer on the link below,

I hope that with these steps, we will be able to resolve the issue. If in case it won't, my apologies. However, you can always contact us back so we can refer your case to the higher support.

1) I've noticed that when I use the Battlelog app on my iPad and I select a NS map, it says:
"Requires additional expansion pack. Battlefield 4 - Naval Strike. You need to download and install this expansion". error message in Battlelog
2) My account is in Malaysia, Asia. Not sure if that's true for the others as well. When I look at all downloaded DLC, Second Assault and China Rising just show up like this. Naval Strike shows up as "Naval Strike - English, Chinese or Korean" (from my memory, might be slighlty different wording). Those languages aren't mentioned for the first two DLC's
3) I've got CR DLC from the purchase of it, then one day after NS came out I've first purchased Premium, then installed SA and NS expansion maps. Like I said earlier on, SA works fine with me, CR was always working.
4) As I moved from Germany to Belgium and then to Malaysia, Sony was only able to change the country of my (old) account once, to Belgium. That's where this account (a4xrbj1) is connected to. They can't move it to Malaysia, thus I had to create another account (a4xrbj2) which is in Malaysia and actually the one who did the purchase of Premium. Still I'm able to play with my old account (a4xrbj1) on the premium maps as it's the same PS3 it's purchased and played on. Again, not sure if this applies to any of you as well
Hope this helps pinpoint it further down, please do try to access a NS map via Battlelog app if you can and see if you get the error messages as well. That would mean that despite us officially purchasing/downloading it with Premium, it somehow hasn't been officially purchased/downloaded the NS DLC

I was in contact with EA Customer Experience agents again and they told me that they are aware of this bug and their engineers are working on solving it with the next update.
No time given for that and I just hope this info is correct and not just something to calm us down

Just to show how crappy EA customer experience is, after speaking to the last agent via chat I already had the feeling I was being served in Russia (as I saw some Russian message on one screen).
So 5 days ago I got this message from them:

Отдел по работе с клиентами EAWTF? Do I speak Russian, did I contact you guys in Russian? No, so why are you responding to me in Russian? Nothing in my profile says I'm Russian.
What's even worse, that agent I spoke with promised me that the ticket would stay open until it's resolved. But EA solves problems by closing trouble tickets automaticalls after one week. That's great, problem sovled or not, when the TT is closed it doesn't exist anymore, right?
EA, you guys are the biggest suckers in the world, stop making games and safe us a lot of grieve, ok?
