ps3 to ps4 BF4 upgrade

I'm going to buy BF4 on ps3, and I'll upgrade it to ps4 when I get it, but I'm worried abou something: if I upgraded it, will it be 100% same as BF4 ps4 game (original ps4 disk) ??????
And sorry for weak language

    I'm not an expert but I guess that a new dvd will be sent at you OR it will be available to your account only, to be downloaded.

    As I said "I guess" not sure, not positive about it.

    BF4 Sucks...  One guy going around owning everyone with a pistol even after you unload a clip in his back...  Do not buy this crap till they get it working right...  All we can play on PS4 is Death Match...  Do not convert your BF3 Ranking to BF4 YET...  Its a Joke...  Game freezing all the time...  New earned equipment or Load out tags keep coming back even after you acknowledge them...  Every Class is full of Orange Tags including Dog Tags...  The KDR is so screwed up I don't even think its counting on PS4 yet...  Has not changed since PS3 one time conversion...  Can not play Conquest at all...  Sometimes Rush can get in...  They should have spent more time one the OL Game and less on the Campaign...  Graphics good but that is it...  Someone should start a class action law suit against these idiots who pushed this crap out too soon...  No lack of advertising though buy this, upgrade that...  They are still wanting the money and spending more time on getting it than fixing there product...  We want to get on the Other Servers, try Conquest, you won't even get in...  It cant hardly handle the Small Map Death Match without freezing up or two guys running 35-4 scores and they rest of us Idiots with 7-8 scores...  Again do not convert your BF4 on PS3 To PS4 yet.  Its weak, full of bugs and it will take forever to rank up playing Death Match against someone hosting the game on the other side of the county...  If you have not bought BF4, hold your money and don't listen to the people being paid to say awesome things about this Joke of a Game...

    PS4 seems to be pretty good...  The controller everyone is bragging about is pretty good... But the light is stupid... and the big as pad in the middle get in the way of the Options button... You have to really aim to hit the options button or you will hit the corner of the big ass touch pad...  The options button should protrude up a little...  The controller feels much better than the older...  Personally I like the rounded sticks better on the older ps3 controller...

    How's it going.
    I've been playing BF4 on PS3 now for about 3 months.
    The disc is US but the account I play on is Australian.
    All the dlc is purchased theough the US acc which i have too as well as Premium. All that **bleep** carries on over to any user on the same system which is cool.
    However, now that I've switched over to a PS4 it's time to upgrade for $9, and apparently I'll be able to transfer all my stats over, or will I???
    Not sure if anyone else is in the same boat or not.
    So I redeemed the upgrade code which was enclosed in my game case. Now because the disc is US I thought I had to redeem on my US account (the acc im not gaming with) in the PS store.
    That said, once I download my game from the ps store, will all my stats for my Australian account be transferred over too?
    I'm starting to think now maybe I should've redeemed my upgrade code on my Australian acc, the account with everything I need on it. But cos it's a US disc I didn't think I could've upgraded an Australian account using a US disc.
    Please tell me there's dudes out there who can relate to this.
