As mentioned several times above: PlayStation Store wont allow me to download Premium without paying for it. Thus my premium (previously bought on the PS3) did not transfer from PS3 to PS4.

The problem is that it is suppossed to transfer to next gen as an account bound "service". Since this is a Playstation Network Entitlement problem (EA does not have access to your PSN entitlements) I recommend speaking with the PSN Customer service to see if they can fix your entitlement.
