The currently designated solution does not work for me. I have carefully gone through the settings several times. It simply does not work for me.

I hope they find a solution to this soon! Can't play the game at all! Really sucks!
I was able to get the 1.15 update to download and install correctly. This almost seemed to happen randomly. Here is what I went through.
For what it's worth, I did download the 4.66 PSN update before I first tried to download the BF4 1.15 update. I have no idea if the PSN update has anything to do with these troubles that so many are experiencing.
I tried changing the connection settings as given in the designated solution several times. This did NOT work for me. Then I did the following.
1. I started by re-setting my "Internet Connection Settings" back to normal. Since changing these settings didn't help me download and install the update, I figured I would change them back. So, I did the following.
a. I changed my "UPnP" setting to "Enabled".
b. Under "Internet Connection Settings", when it asked "Select a setting method.", I chose "Easy". This basically setup everything automatically.
c. Afterwards, I changed "Media Server Connection" to "Enabled".
2. At this point, I thought I'd just try to download the update once more. I had a thought, one I can't substantiate at all, that the automatic setup of the internet connection might have corrected something that everyone else is missing (perhaps something that the PSN update affected). After this, the update downloaded completely and installed completely.
I would like to emphasize here that I got the 1.15 update to download and install correctly with the "UPnP" setting on "Enabled" and the "Media Server Connection" also set to "Enabled". Hence, these two changes (as given in the designated solution) would not appear to really play a role in these troubles.
I wonder if there is some random glitch going on here. If you keep trying, eventually the glitch won't occur and the download/install will work. If this is truly the case, then all of these changes really aren't needed. People would just need to keep trying. This could explain why the designated solution works for some people, but not for others. In reality, it may not really have any effect.
Now, it got worse before it got better. After I finally got the update to install and then actually got BF4 running, I found that BF4 no longer recognized that I was a Premium member. Even worse, it no longer recognized that I had ANY of the expansion packs installed. So, I went back to my PSN download list and then (re-)downloaded Premium along with the first four expansion packs. After this, I was then able to download the "Final Stand" expansion pack. FINALLY !!!
Everything does seem to be working now.
