PS4 - Can't hear VOIP through speakers, only headphones.

I can see the little speaker/mic icon next to my squadmate(s) names, but no voice comes through my speakers. If I plug headphones into my controller, I can then hear them. I would like to be able to play without headphones and still be able to communicate, since my actual gaming headset is broken and my headphones aren't the most comfortable for prolonged usage.

    Hey @KalebR,

    Have you tried going to your Audio Settings in Game, and changing the Sound Preset to your TV or Monitor?

    I don't have those options. I have small/med/large speakers, headphones, logitech headphones, and war tapes. None of these settings allow VOIP from squad to come through my speakers.

    Are you perhaps on console? From the options listed I'd list large speakers for the output and see if that does what you want while still allowing the mic to work.

    Yes, I'm on PS4. None of the audio options allow me to hear VOIP. My mic works just fine, they can hear me, and I can see my own along with their mic icon when speaking. But their voices do not come through the speakers.
