PS4 - Hardline - Cannot install update file

I'm having trouble installing the 120 meg Update file. It either times out while trying to download the file, when it does download, It says cannot install with a (CE-37732-2) Message.

I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, rebooted into safe mode and reinstalled the 2.50 system update, I've tried other PSN accounts. What else should i try?
