Yes it is installed but when i go to storage / applications/ battlefield 1 i see locke icons beside premium add ons and its expansions

Are you still having some trouble with this? It sounds like the actual Premium Pass and expansions aren't being installed on the hard drive. Even when you own the Premium Pass, they still are separate downloads than the base game. Make sure you check the add on section for your game to see if they're waiting to be installed.
You can also add them to your download queue from the PlayStation store. Just search the Premium Pass and expansions to add them: https://store.playstation.com/en-us/home/gamesYes i still have this problem, it is shown that the add ons are installed but they're not working
