PS4 Battlefield 4: CE-34878-0 Error: Cannot play the game at all!

For anyone who is getting this error, please post it here.  I am also getting the CE-34878-0 error as soon as the Main Menu pops up.  I literally have no time to do anything as it instantly kicks me ...

code ce 34878-0,  what does it mean,  I had a ps3 battlefield 4 game and did the transfer of trophies and levels to the new ps4 console then this code came and i can no longer play my game.
