PS4 Battlefield 4: CE-34878-0 Error: Cannot play the game at all!

For anyone who is getting this error, please post it here.  I am also getting the CE-34878-0 error as soon as the Main Menu pops up.  I literally have no time to do anything as it instantly kicks me ...

Loads to main screen. When I press options or x, I get this error screen. Please advise.

Well after paying $65 for bf4 for ps3 then $400 for a PS4 plus $10 to upgrade to ps4 bf4 and another $50 for premium I'm very displeased to put it mildly. I want a refund on my entire BF4 EA! It is a non working pile of trash and as much as I hate COD at least it works. I hope someone hacks the PS4 so we can get back at these greedy companies for stealing our money.
