Community Admin@DobbieDice Can you try restoring your licenses then trying to grab the content from the store again?
I already tried that, but a person on battlelog helped me so problem solved 😉
People who get the same problem:
Close the game.
Go to the BF4 tile on the PS4 Home Screen.
Scroll to "Add-ons".
Select "My Add-ons".
Scroll to "Battlefield 4 Premium".
Press (X) and it will be added to your active downloads and a message will pop up saying it has been installed.
If this doesn't work then I don't know.
