PS4 BF4 promo code Eb Games Gold Pack

Hi, i have entered my promo code into psn to get my Gold Pack. Code accepted and i see ready to download, but nothing to download and i cant see the pack in the game. Why i cant download it?

    i got the same situation went a look in the down load history he sen me the code to ps3 sistem chek to if is the same problem
