PS4 BF4

I am wondering why the vehicles slide around like they are on ice, when they are supposed to be stationery? The game physics is all off. Why are my vehicle sights offcenter? And why are there no warning tones from the enemy when being locked on by missiles? Plus, what is the necessary speeds required by my ps4 to play this game properly. Thanks for any help.
