Why do the servers not work properly? every other game i have works. i have 100mbps connection. i cannot see how ea and dice turn a blind eye to how garbage it is, the game cannot support 60 players ...

By any chance, are you using Servers that are not local to your country. What I mean by this is, are you using Servers that are on the same Continent but not the same Country.
Regions such as the UK for example have Servers located outside of the UK, so therefore, connections are not as good as others. North East Russia also has this same issue.
I tend to find that using Servers that are in a different location tend to respond better than the most local. So, for example, better connection to Asia than USA.
I'm not an expert, but let me know if this works.
