[PS4] Cannot join any online game- Infinite load screen

I posted this a few days ago, 'carbonic' edited it but failed to supply an answer OR any support, what gives?

I recently acquired a PS4, and bought a physical copy of BF4 for the PS4 as I was excited to play the game, and not wait for ~40Gb to download and install. Well I was having a blast, but a few days later I decided to return the copy of BF4 for a copy of another new PS4 game, so that I could use the 10$ Digital upgrade that comes with the purchase of BF4 for the PS3, so that I could have both the game I traded the PS4 copy of BF4 in for and BF4(the digital upgrade version)

Every time I try to join a server on the download version, I get stuck at the server loading screen(the one with the two images of the map that is loading up). The game doesnt freeze, as in it continues to play the loading music over and over, and I never get into the server; the only way out of this is to close the game on my ps4 and reopen it.. The only way I've been able to play this game is once out of every 10-15 tries to join, I miraculously get in somehow. Then, at the end of the match, I get stuck on the loading screen for the next map. Infuriating.

Am I the only one experiencing this? I've searched the forums and havent found a post that specifies this problem. Keep in mind i had no trouble playing the physical copy of the game.

I just want to play the game, of which is the main reason I bought a new console.

I've posted this elsewhere and havent gotten any solutions or acknowledgment from EA. Please help me so I can play the game I bought

    What have you done to troubleshoot since your last post? This is players helping players forum and EA Will not post much (excepts Community Managers). If you need to talk to EA, then you need to go to https://help.ea.com/en/battlefield/battlefield-4/. THey can either CHAT with you online or can give you a call back at the number you provide.

    Have you tried Direct Connection from your router to your PS4? My bro in law and I had the similar issues, and he resolved his by direct connection from his router to ps4 and I solved mine by getting a new Linksys Smart Wifi router and a dedicated SSID.

    I have had this problem since I bought the game in December.  I have a handful of maps that I can not load on any server through any method.  After an uninstall and reinstall, the maps that will not load may or may not change, but will stay that way until the next uninstall/reinstall.

    Opening a ticket and getting the runaround and hung up on many times with EA, they basically told me that I was the only person that had ever reported this and that they would not likely look into the issue any further.

    Bought PS3 version and upgraded to digital PS4 version

      Uninstalled and Re-Installed many times

      Restored Licencses

      Initialized the PS4 (quick) many times

      Initialized the PS4 (long) many times

    Bought PS4 disc version

      Uninstalled and Re-Installed many times

      Restored Licencses

      Initialized the PS4 (quick) many times

      Initialized the PS4 (long) many times

    Bought the diital version for PS4 (no disc needed)

      Uninstalled and Re-Installed many times

      Restored Licencses

      Initialized the PS4 (quick) many times

    I have manually entered port forwarding in my router for the PS4 version

    I have added the PS4 as a DMZ host (leaves every single port open)

    I have bought an entirely new PS4 and have the same issue

    People at EA told me that they can log into my account and load all of the maps that I cannot load.  I don't know what else to do....

    We need to get to the bottom of this- it is a major issue for me and after hours of browsing the net and formatting and reinstalling,i am frustrated beyond words. I recently paid R750 South-African Rands for Premium,after paying R800 for the main game, and nothing works! I feel as if im being bent over.
