Ps4 can't launch multiplayer

    "Go to ps4 in Configurations- Initialization - restore configurations standard.

    I Have done this and now I can Play Multiplayer."

I tried that and I got nothing, still can't launch multiplayer game with friends or an invited from a friend, stays in menu doing nothing, so I can't launch the game at all.
