[PS4] Conquest Large lag post Dragon's Teeth DLC

Following the Dragon's Teeth DLC, Conquest Large is almost unplayable. I have a 60/10 Mbit connection (Toronto, Canada) playing on an East US server with full ping rating and I was experiencing terrible rubber banding and frame rate drops. It was so bad one moment on Zavod that I could not leave the underground area at the Alpha flag for a few minutes; I would leave and it would just reset me back downstairs. No network connection icons appeared. This seems worse than the experience at BF4 launch. What's going on?
