PS4 error "E-FFFFFFFF"

hi, i'm playing BF4 on the PS4 with my PS3 disc and the digital upgrade download. I had 0 problems playing the game untill today when the ps4 said it downloaded the latest BF4 version(update). It suddenly gives me a 'cannot start application error'  code ' E-FFFFFFFF'. I googled it..tried some suggestions (restarting, cleaning disc, reinstalling 1.5) ..but nothing seems to work ..--HELP--
