    Hi ,

    the problem is solved.

    I have restored the licenses and now bf4 says the dlc is installed.

    PS settings  --> RESTORE LICENSES

This is what I can found on the error message that you are getting:

WC-40360-3

Cannot redeem the voucher code

We've been unable to verify your voucher code, please try again later.

 

Also, are you sure that there might be other content available on that servers that you do not have, such as any of the other DLC's?

Hi ,

the problem is solved.
