PS4 New game update required.
I am new to ps4 and cannot play battlefield 1 online as it says a new game update is required. what does this mean, how do i fix it?

Hi just tried this but there is no check for updates option in the menu
Select the battlefield 1 Icon but before you hit X hit the little tiny options button on your controller and it will bring up a side menu

They are taking the *, a 26GB update just to play MP. That's fine if you have a decent Internet connection but not everyone does. Imaging having a 2MB Internet connection then reinstalling the game ect becomes a real pain in the *.
