Since not unlocking the two completion trophies or Hardline difficulty I've unlocked a further five trophies. I now only have the three missing completion trophies and multiplayer trophies left. Each episode reads as completed on veteran. How do I unlock Hardline difficulty?
Any update on this. I've now gone back and completed each episode on veteran. No trophies or Hardline difficulty. Really wish cutscenes were skippable, would save so much time.
