[PS4] Trigger Lock, Cannot Fire Sniper Rifles or RORSCH MK-1?

For the last 2 months Ive had problems with Sniper Rifles not firing properly. I hit my trigger/shoot button and nothing happens, I'll try again and thenIt will do it but theres a delay. Happens ever...

ps4 , none of my sniper rifles,  shot guns, or RORSCH MK-1  will shoot for me.  NOT GOING TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO SHOOT THEM.

EITHER THEY WORK OR THEY DON"T.  some sort of  bug. MY BF4 WAS A DIGITAL UPGRADE FROM PS3 TO PS4 ?????????

I DO MISS THE SHOTGUNS!!!                WE HAVE TO MANY SNIPERS ANYWAYS  ,

  MY BIG CONCERN IS WHAT DO WE LOSE NEXT?????    (I AM SURE DICE IS AWARE OF PROBLEM, BUT SILENCE IS BLISS).

This should have been fixed with the update
