Ps4

Hello! My problem is that, I can't log in any games on PS4. For example Bf 1 or Killing Floor when the screen comes up to push "x" button nothing happens. Any ideas? I've tried to restart the games,...

    @Ketzerisch7 Sometimes, Game Licenses may glitch and prevent your games from starting.
    Go to Settings > Playstation Network/Account Management > Restore Licenses.

    This will refresh the License Data to play digitally downloaded games

    https://support.us.playstation.com/articles/en_US/KC_Article/Activate-or-Deactivate-Primary-PS4

     If it is disc based, then it should not be the reason but try this step it might help try to disconnect your PS4 from the power grid for 5 minutes connect it again and it should work.
