PSN - EA Account Linking Problem

Hello,

i am experiencing the following problem:

I wanted to reset my statistics for Battlefield etc., Because i Did not want to purchase Premium i decided to delete my EA-account and link a new EA-account to PSN. . Previous stats don't interest me anymore.

So after deleting the account with help of EA Game Advisors ( and agreed with the disclaimer ) i made a new account and tried to link it with the PSN. I succeeded. But I cannot play BF1 online anymore.

So i called again, and they said this could happen when you delete an account. So they say I can never play online with ea games on this psn-account anymore.

Please can someone tell me what to do? I could not have thought about this. Bit of ridiculous, i paid 60 euro's for this game. I pay for PS-Plus.

In hope of answer,

Ruben B

And so i agreed. The thing is, i wanted to switch accounts to achieve this goal. Why not as well delete the account that won't be used anymore.

It's about linking another EA-account, it should work. The fact that i can't play EA-game online anymore on this PSN is stupid.

I just created a new account using the old e-mail, and some of the data is back. Weird. I can see all the cases again. Something went wrong EA.

I don't know, EA has to do the linking and unlinking. I'm going to call. I will let you know.

They said they could not link another EA-account and unlink the current one. They say it will destroy your PSN link to EA-servers. Ridiculous.

    Problem Solved!

Activate your PS4 as a primary PS4, then create a new user + PSN.

As long as one of those accounts has Plus, both can play online.

With different e-mails, and different EA-account. I only have to switch accounts!
